Ya pretty much what I got for 45 frigging days until I contacted smartcorporate and told them I would jump ship if they didn't fix it. 24 hrs later a top supervisor called me and were straight-up in their response. Fixed in just a few hrs. Contact @smarthelper - she can hook you up with an insider who will help you. Smart is trying to fix their support but they're so damn cheap it bogs them down

like the "nakaw text," there should be senate or congressional inquiry on internet service providers for them to give us what we're paying for...
